Wednesday: As Needed (Service Rehearsal)
Thursday: 12:00PM-8:30PM (Church On Thursday service)
Saturday: As Needed
Level: Hourly
Status: Part-Time (18-25 hours per week)
Pay: $18-25 per hour depending on experience

General Functions:
The Associate Lighting Designer executes excellence in service production, team-building, and content creation.
Supervision Received:
Reports directly to the Production Director. Employee seeks authorization for broad scope of tasks.
Scope & Dimensions:
Interacts with all staff and volunteers to create relevant, fun, and engaging worship experiences for adult services at EastLake Church.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Leadership: recruit and lead production volunteers.
- Prepare grids, message notes, host script, and distribute to the Production Team.
- Assist in rehearsal and pre-service rehearsals.
- Create ProPresenter show for services; assist in uploading content to Dropbox for Community Church Movement.
- Stay in the room throughout each service; connecting and coaching volunteers on production positions.
- Assist in repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to production equipment as needed.
Experience And Educational Requirements:
- Gear & Software Knowledge: Be able to learn and teach in GrandMA3, Resolume, ProPresenter, Planning Center, Rock Platform, and other software.
- Two years experience in a related environment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Additional duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion.
- Overtime hours as required by ministry needs.
- Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.).
